The 9 ground-floor shop-front spaces of the LIV Apartments on Queen Victoria Street in Fremantle were generously passed on to Spacemarket by Defense Housing Australia. Spacemarket quickly filled the empty, soft-shell tenancies with a variety of uses including clothes makers, artists, a florist, naturopath, writers, and as office space.
