Spacemarket took on 49 Phillimore Street, or the Robert Harper Building as it is called, in January, 2022.

Built in 1890, this heritage-listed building had sat partially tenanted for a long period of time before we took it over. We made no refurbishment to the building itself, except for maintenance of all amenities, washing of exterior windows and fixing of numerous leaks in the patchwork roof.

Consisting of three street addresses in one, the combined total of offices for the whole building was 36 - some open-plan and some as small as 1-2 people. We currently have over 30 tenants located at 49 Phillimore including:
